Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY
If you have requested UK Standard Delivery your NUA products will be delivered within 2-3 days. If you have requested UK First Class Delivery your NUA products will be delivered within 1-3 days. 

Orders £40 and over will be free of charge and sent UK Standard Delivery.

Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to the UK, we will be launching international shipping in the upcoming months.

RETURNS
You’re entitled to return the unopened product to us within 14 days of receipt. Contact hello@nua.health for details. Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed due to hygiene reasons. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it in.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at hello@nua.health and briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. When we receive your package, we will credit the payment method you paid with, for the full purchase price that you paid for your product(s). Please allow up to 21 days for package return delivery to us, and for us to then process your request(s). We recommend that you use a tracked postal service to ensure your item reaches us safely. 

You are 100% responsible for the return of the item to us and all costs incurred. Where possible please return your purchase in its original mailing packaging, including your order number or receipt of proof of purchase.

If you have not purchased your products on our e-commerce site and instead via a retailer or third party, please return your product to where you purchased it. Please note, we will not be able to accept returns that were not ordered directly from us through our own e-commerce site.
 
REFUNDS
Once we’ve had a chance to check the product and any supporting information you have provided, we will immediately notify you of the status of any refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment for the amount you paid for the product. If your purchase was at a special offer price, then you will only be refunded the special offer price that you paid and not the full retail value. We will let you know as soon as we have actioned your refund, so you can check with your credit card provider or payment service to establish when you can expect to receive the funds. Please note this can take up 30 days to process.
 
FAULTY DAMAGED GOODS
If you have opened or partly used your purchase, we will not be in a position to offer a refund unless the product was faulty or damaged when you received it. Should your purchase be faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us to explain the issue immediately at hello@nua.health so we can expedite a solution to ensure you have replacement product as quickly as possible. Please note, each case is dealt with on an individual basis.
