Every month we'll be hosting various workouts that you can come and take part in. From weekly run sessions on the track to bootcamps in the park, there's something for everyone.
NUA Run CircuitPrice: Free Location: Paddington Recreation Ground
Run. Sweat. Repeat. This 50-min training session mixes running track laps with bodyweight circuit training. Expect short, sharp intervals, to work in a group that matches your ability and to make some noise to get everyone over the finish line! Each session will have equal amounts of running and circuit training, and we’ll even have some NUA goodies for everyone at the end.

RUN A DIFFERENT 5K EVERY MONTH.
Tired of your regular run routes? We are too! Each month we’ll host a 5K run in different locations around London, Some you’ll know, some you might not. Whether you’re running for a PB, to get fitter, justify your brunch order or make friends we’ll be catering for everyone with different paced run leaders each month. There will also be some NUA goodies on offer after each run too. See you there.
